On September 22nd, 1997, Nick and Margaret Colarelli established the Colarelli Family Foundation, organized as a non-profit corporation (501 c 3), under the laws of the state of Missouri. Overall policy, control, direction and management of the affairs and finances of the Corporation are currently vested in a Board of Directors comprised of twelve members. To be a Director, a person must be at least 21 years old and be a lineal descendent of Nick J. Colarelli and Margaret Ann Colarelli (either natural or adopted) or a spouse of a lineal descendent. Currently, the Directors of the Colarelli Family Foundation are: Nick J. Colarelli Gina Colarelli O’Connor Angela Colarelli Carron Nick J. Colarelli III Vincent Colarelli Katherine Colarelli Beatty Margaret Ann Colarelli Patrick O’Connor David Carron Karen Hunter Colarelli Janet Bearly Colarelli Christopher Beatty The officers of the Foundation shall be members of the Board of Directors and shall consist of a President, a Vice President, a secretary and a treasurer.
